Anil brings 10+ years of experience of turning ideas into products, leading business strategies and managing development projects. Prior to founding Tiniva, Anil was co-founder and CEO at AxisRooms, a Hotel Distribution SAAS company that was acquired by Hotelogix in late 2020.
Sridhar. B
Board Advisor
Sridhar. B has 2 decades of multinational CPG experience of managing Global brands, corporate innovation and digital transformation. He has lead teams across India, Europe and Global operations.
Sridhar is currently with Diageo – worlds largest alcohol beverages company and based out of their London HQ
Prathima Manohar
Growth Influencer – Travel & Hospitality
Prathima Manohar is a serial entrepreneur with a focus on sustainable living and eco-tourism. She is supporting as a Growth Influencer at Tiniva working on tourism initiatives and is setting up our responsible tourism start-up ecosystem platform – Placexplore.
Prathima chairs the think-do-tank The Urban Vision . She is the director of a portfolio of resorts in coastal Karnataka in India. Prathima holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. She was awarded Stanford University’s Fellowship at the Centre of Democracy Development & Rule of Law. She has been a Harvard Kennedy School Ash Center Fellow. In 2017 , She was listed as Most Impactful Global Social Innovators at World CSR Day. She was awarded the top Next Generation Architects driving innovations in Indian Urbanscape by the iGen Design Forum 2016 .

Jauhar is an Enthusiastic multi-skilled software engineer and problem Solver. He is a VP – Engineering at Tiniva working on product development with his team to make it the best in the industry.
Jauhar is at the center of innovation on Tiniva (product) maintaining a strict development and release lifecycle of the product. He is a practiced administrator of forecasting and planning techniques that eliminate wastage of development times. He is also a strong engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science – BS focused in Computer Science from the University of Calicut.
